Shipping Methods

We offer several different shipping options:

Next day delivery
2-day delivery
3-day delivery
Standard ground delivery

*Orders placed prior to 12:00p.m. CST, will be processed the within within 2 business days.
*Orders placed after 12:00p.m., will be processed within 2-3 business days.

Return / Exchange Policy

At HearingWire, customer satisfaction is our goal. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your new purchase, we would like to work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that your experience with HearingWire is a positive one.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within (30) days for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in like-new condition with original packaging, warranties and instructions. Items damaged or showing excessive use are not returnable for a refund. We reserve the right to charge restocking fees for returns. Videos and software are non-refundable unless they are found to be defective.

How to return or exchange your HearingWire purchase

1. Contact HearingWire’s customer service department via e-mail at service@hearingwire.com to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA). You must ship your order within (5) days of the date that HearingWire issues the RMA.

2. Complete the return form that was included with your order.

3. Place HearingWire's product in a shipping box with original packaging, warranties, instructions and return form.

4. Write the RMA on the outside of the shipping box near your return address.

5. Ship the fully insured* item(s) with delivery confirmation and your RMA to: *

6. *You must insure the package for the entire amount of the invoice and ship via a method that allows you delivery confirmation.

When should I expect a refund or exchange?

Refunds

Customers who paid using MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express will receive a credit to their credit card account less the original shipping charge upon HearingWire receiving the returned merchandise. The original shipping charge is non-refundable. Allow one billing month for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Exchanges

Once the product is received by HearingWire allow (10) business days for order processing and shipping.

Canceling an Order

How do I cancel an order placed on hearingwire.com?

To meet our delivery guarantees we process orders several times throughout the day. All orders must be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. Please send your cancelation to service@hearingwire.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you have received HearingWire product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact the customer solutions department as soon as possbile by sending us an e-mail at service@hearingwire.com. One of our representatives will work on processing a replacement order and making arrangements for the damaged product to be returned to us.
